Silence Day.

Eight hours. One person. One quiet intention: meeting yourself again.

It's not a workshop or a retreat. There's no group, no schedule to keep up with, no homework. Just a day shaped around your nervous system and what it needs to settle.

By donation. What feels right is something we figure out together, after.

/ duration

8 Hours

Morning to early evening. A whole day held.

/ setting

One-on-One

Just you and Geert Jan. No group, ever.

/ investment

By Donation

No price upfront. We talk about it together.

Not a workshop. An experience.

This isn't a place where you'll learn something new. It's a space where you can feel what's already alive in you.

You won't leave with homework or affirmations to practise. What you take with you is what you meet during the day — not what I press into your hands.

I work exclusively one-on-one. No groups, no shared sessions. The setting stays intimate and entirely yours.

Location: a quiet room in Twente, the Netherlands. On request, at my place — or yours.

The things people often ask.

Do I need experience with meditation?
No, none. The whole day is built so you can come without any prior practice. Silence isn't a skill — it's a state. I'll guide you there.
What should I bring?
Comfortable clothes (in layers), a water bottle, and a notebook if you want to. I'll handle lunch, tea, and everything else. Phones go in a small basket at the door.
Can I do this if I'm anxious or running ragged?
Especially then. Many people who come are living with stress, sleeplessness, or burn-out. The day is paced so your nervous system can soften — there's no pressure to "meditate well".
What if I need to cancel?
You can move it free of charge up to 7 days before. After that, half the donation we agreed on stays with me, unless I can fill the day. Illness — we always find a way.
What's your background?
My way in was a burn-out. Then I trained as a sound healer and studied retreat-holding. No religious lineage — but deep respect for the traditions that taught me.

Ready?
