Can I call before booking?
Of course. Send a WhatsApp whenever it suits you and we'll set up a short call.
Do you ever do introduction events?
A few times a year I host a soft, low-commitment evening — a shorter taste of Silence Day. Drop your details via the form and I'll let you know when the next one is.
Do you work with groups?
No. I work exclusively one-on-one. A Silence Day is always just you — no other participants, no workshop dynamic.
What about privacy?
Anything you share — before, during, or after a session — stays between us. No mailing lists, no marketing emails, no third parties. Full stop.
